DONT know why my review is giving four stars....This place is so unprofessional that I am going to file a complaint with the state...My friend lives there, they treat her so bad that she calls me weekly, crying. Supervisor Vicky, treated all of my concerns with contempt; at one point there was a person listening in on and audibly LAUGHING. My reasonable information regarding my friends situation was treated with reticent attitudes...At one point the superviser started telling me what sort of medical condition my friend has...which is against the law...HIPPA. I was hung up on three times for trying to tell staff that my friend whom has been there a year does not even know she has a social worker. THey would not avail themselves of any of the legitimate concerns I tried to voice...One worker denies my friend food.
