I was initially very impressed by the attention given to me in regards to trying to decide whether to move my aunt into the facility or not. I felt Corinne went above and beyond to get our business. I even ended up moving my other aunt there as well. But now that the contracts have been signed I can't get a single phone call returned to me regarding multiple issues going on. The rudeness of the staff, proper daily living care not being provided, emergency response is extremely slow, ongoing plumbing problems, issues with late night (1-2am) noises etc. The only response my aunt receive is that it is being looked into. I've even tried to get a hold of someone to assist but I keep getting the run around as well. I'm so disappointed that the attention given to us initially was not sincere. Now I'm having to look for another place.

Our 89 yr old Grandma is living at Emeritus Bellevue. They treat her like a queen. The facility is well maintained and clean. They have excellent nurses on staff. I would give this facility an A!
