The people that run and live in this building are cold and very unfriendly. I felt very uncomfortable living here and didn't feel that the price I paid to live here was worth it. All the people living here pay a different price. The owner of these buildings Morgan was very rude to me and my family. I never complained about a thing. When the lady above me was very loud and slammed things around all the time, but every time I turned around the people living here had call Morgan the owner about every little thing I did. If you have family that like to visit you do not move in here because every old person here complains about me having my family over if my grandchildren made any sound at all I got call on. I was even told one time that a lady was going to call the police on me for doing laundry at 830 pm. This is a very sad place to live. Very mean people. The few men that lived here were very kind but the women and owner were cold and very unkind people. If I cold give it 0 stars I would.

Living here is great. Within walking distance of grocery stores and other amenities of the city. All units have full kitchens (including a dishwasher), washer and dryer in unit, and two bedrooms. Parking is available for an additional fee and lots of guest parking. Dinner is provided during the week. Tenants needs for maintenance are requested by a sign up sheet in the lobby. I have found that my maintenance requests have been responded to quickly and professionally. Morgan has been involved with our community by listening to the tenants and honoring many of their requests: sitting area at bus stop, landscaping parking area, increasing the number of guest parking spots. I have found Morgan easy and accommodating to work with.
