I just got off the phone with a young woman who did an internship there and she told me she witnessed a man who wanted and asked to be put in his bed. He was told to wait 15 minutes. The man didn't want to wait and tried to do it himself. He fell and and the African guy CNA punched him in the rear! See what goes on in these place when the family is not there. This is criminal!!!! I forgot to mention it was a joke amongst the cna's and or the aids that they were hiding the call-lights from the residents. (this was also mentioned by the intern). too important not to mention.9/1-these guys have changed their name and they may be under new ownership, I'm not sure but make sure you ask questions about employee practices! Business's can change their names but if they don't replace those doing harm then who cares what you change your name to. They have to earn the trust of the community.

My sister is currently here for rehab and we couldn't be more happy. They treat her with respect and dignity, we are provided updates on her progress and what she needs to work on. Her needs are always taken care of and we appreciate the upbeat positive attitude of the staff

I received rehab from Regency Auburn from Nov. 4th thru Dec. 17th 2016 as an inpatient. The care and therapy staff were wonderful. All the staff make the patients feel like they really care about us. The meals were tasty with a choose of two entrees for lunch and dinner, I would highly recommend this place and actually did not want to leave. I felt like they were my second family. They have a lot of activities that make a person want to participate and also exercise classes that are fun even for someone like me in a wheelchair. I was also impressed with the nursing staff for always being punctual with my meds.

My father has been at Regency for the past 2 years. At time his care has been great at other times not so much. I would still recommend this place to others however they are way understaffed! Some of the employees actually care and are there to help. Others I feel are there just for a paycheck. They just recently changed the name of the facility. Still not 100% sure what it is. They also did a bunch of work to the building itself. I feel that money could have been used in better ways. But I don't know all the details to their finances. I do know that my father pays alot of money out of pocket for mediocre care.
