I worked here for one year and 3 months, from 2/14/2018 to 5/15/2020,,, co_workers are great, and nice team work.! but management is poor in memory care , the way they feed memory care residents is not fair at all. the management hated me because I was complaining about memory care dinner, they serve the best food to assisted living(indepent residents) and gave memory care residents leftovers or expired snacks,,, I resigned the job. there are alot of bad things I experienced in Merrill gardens like washing laundry for residents all together mixed up. I reported to the manager and nothing was done only hating me for that and no raise of my salary, I would never recommend families to take their loved ones in Merrill gardens memory care.
