Ive worked at lighthouse for more than two years and after being in the industry for 6 years prior, its the first time Ive felt so at home. Its a hard job to do but being here makes it so much more rewarding, knowing that we are supported by amazing local ownership and a supportive resourceful home office. The residents are our first priority and the team works hard to walk with their residents through their day providing dignified care and respect. Dementia sucks and I wish we didnt exist. But it does and we do and Im thankful for that.
