I have been working for this company for a year and 8 months! We strive every day to do our best for our clients and make their every day lives easier and happier! Our bosses Stacey and Mark go out of their way for our clients and their employees. I have had to be picked up in the middle of winter and a lot of snow and Mark came and took me to work! I have had a death in my family and they gave me time off to deal with it and be with family. Kandi in the office is a sweetheart and she has came and helped me out at the clients! Its not just the aides that work. But we all work together as a team!!!

The Firstlight of Warrenton owners are caring and always available in case I have questions or need additional support for my 90 year old father. They have treated him like family. They were recommended by Westminster, where my dad went after being in the hospital. They and and their staff have gone above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them.
