I moved here in May of this year (2019) and have found it to be a very open, friendly, and caring community. Both residents and employees are friendly and always smiling. The food is truly gourmet 5-star. The activities are always interesting and worth the while. I plan to stay here. It feels like home to me.

Poor attitude. No nurse on duty for days at a time. Thank God someone took note and listened. That's why they do not have the clientele anymore. Going downhill. Poor memory facility and nursing home. Their head nurse is a bully

Ive been employed by Atlantic Shores for 1year 2 months. I work in the housekeeping department. To tell you the truth, this has been thus far, one of my favorite work place. I call it home, because this is how I feel like. I treat everyone with respect and dignity. I acknowledge each residents everyday. Because theyre also our bosses. Theyre the reason why companies like these are in business. They also give me lots of respect As I do to them. They acknowledge me as well. No day goes by without me enjoying working there. The management team is amazing. They listen to your concerns. Also listen to your ideas. Not just like other companies. That just look at you as any individual. In this company, we are not treated like workers. We are treated like family. Thank you for the opportunity of employment.
