I have worked at Heritage Hall-Tazewell for over 19 years, and am proud to be a part of such an amazing, caring team. I have experienced the facility not only as an employee, but also as a family member of a loved one receiving skilled care. I have full faith in the facility, and am proud of the care we provide on a daily basis.

I have worked for this home for 24 years. The residents, families and co-workers become apart of who we are everyday. I love my job and enjoy coming to work . I have had family members here, who have said they would not ever have went anywhere else. The care is great, and all staff are friendly and caring. I am so grateful to be an employee here!

I have a family member that is a patient of heritage hall, she is a transplant recipient and is on a strict medicine regimen that has not been followed. Her meds have been skipped all together, her piqline was bloody and unattended for several days, I have pic's. I personally know several employees and the ones I know personally are top-notch, if this situation isn't resolved to her satisfaction by Monday 11-11-2019, I will call state and find out why. Subpar care isn't acceptable.
