I would give this place zero stars if possible. My parent has been there several years. They hate it. The food is terrible. The staff are untrained and barely speak English, so there is no communication. I often find my parent dirty, in soiled clothing. The room is dirty. They charge premium rates and have several supervisors who do nothing to improve the facility. Weve been promised changes for three years. No one cares. It needs a complete overhaul. Stay away if you can! Im looking for other options now.

My mom was at the memory care and over the time that she was there... we had problems with her room being cold in winter, bed bugs, unexplained bruises and a nasty unexplainable sore that became infected with MRSA.Some of the nurses are very nice. I don't believe there is enough stimulation for patients... they pretty much spend the day sleeping in front the television.
