I have never encountered a place like this in the USA. There are Bedbugs, Roaches, Mice , Rats! The food is inedible! This place needs to be razed! I feel so sorry for the people that live here

If you love your family member, do not send them here. Stealing and intimidation happen regularly, and many residents are often panhandling throughout town just to get enough to buy a pack of cigarettes. These poor folks are seriously mistreated.
