this is a well kept property. I walked in on an event the manager was hosting for the residents. The manager was happy to help my friend and I with apartment information. The manager called over a dozen other apartments to check availability and prices. We were referred by Mrs. Walton and told majority of the move in comes from referrals Miss. Cox treat her residents good. Yes, Miss. Cox the manager is quite an extraordinary manager compared to the places we have been as senior citizens. we did this review because we hope this lets her know how much it meant to stop her hosting to help us when she indeed had nothing available to rent. I noticed the residents were cheerful and the service man very helpful with residents at event. maybe I will be a resident SOON.
