Fox Trail Assisted Living at Orange

Please be aware of facilities and the lies they tell you until you sign the contract and hand them large amount of money! Fox Trail at Orange Virginia is a SAD case. If they think for one minute they are fooling people and the lies they telling people! Everything is picture perfect until they deposit the check and the contract is signed. They have a show room that will make you think they have everything together! NOT! All I can say is make sure you make surprise visits to see your family member! Ask for a activity and meal calendar. Take that with you and compare what they are eating, to the meal calendar. Dinner time is a big time to see what they are eating. SOUP SOUP SOUP and sandwiches! And most of the time they are having the same soup for days at a time. I have been there when staff was complaining of going out to the store to buy things because the kitchen dont have what they need. Snack time is a JOKE! They have a listed of snacks are available at anytime of the day! JOKE! Just ask a staff member to go get your family member a snack off the listed! (I'm sorry, but we dont have that. Would you like a peanut and jelly sandwich..... Few minutes later Im sorry but we are out of bread!!!! Are you kidding me! Out of bread and the residents pay all this money for this low class amenities!) Then when you go to the so called ED Sarah, HAHAHA! To make a complain of the conditions that residents are living in. She has more excuses and lies to tell you! Come on now what did you do with the thousands of dallors of the residents money you took with a smile on your face. What about the big black bugs, or no heat/ac in residents rooms. Doors that dont lock. Rooms that had mold in there. You can go on youtube and look up facility in Orange VA with mold and the news crew did a report on the building. Staff members complaining of not getting paid. No supplies in the building. How the ED Sarah talks to them and degrades them. Are how state survyors come in the building and over look all them problems! Just look at the reviews here in Virginia and New Jersey and you tell me who getting paid off! We need to stand up for our love ones and not back down. They pay thousands of dallors each month and this is the care they pay for. They would get better care at a homeless shelter. The communities needs to open their eyes to this growing problem. And they need to demand better care for our family members! Please do your reseach!!!!! Your family members deserve better care than this!!!
