They are careless with love ones and lose items from your patients and charge them to replace and get reimbursed by Medicare or Medicaid they do not take ownership when they are at fault D.O.N is much like staff unknowleable of patients routines and do not document details when incidents occur at the facility of you question then they are very defensive. The facility needs to be investigated financially and for staff care.will be filing a complaint on entire facility.

They refused to give me a tour of the building at first. Finally 20 minutes later someone came to do tour. The rooms were a mess. The gym is awful. The only equipment I saw were bicycles that were old. No new equipment. Was very disappointed. I would not let me love one go to that facility. The dining room and the way the set up for the feeders weren't a great experience.

Warm, caring and professional. My mother lived here for 3 1/2 years. All the employees are lovely but the nursing staff was exceptional.
