Overrated! Could benefit from improvements with staff and expectations.

Why in the hell is a luxury residence like this a NON PROFIT ?? Why are my tax dollars subsiding the fat paychecks of the top employees (Investors, CEO, President, Board, etc). WHAT A RIP OFF OF TAX PAYERS. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION. PAY YOUR FAIR SHARE IN TAXES HARBORS EDGE.

The residents are very interesting and have a wealth of knowledge to offer if you are willing to listen. The staff are a very kind group of individuals from nursing,physical therapists, housekeeping and security. Our security is top notch with retired veterans who are always on point 24 hours a day. I am giving the facilities administration and human resources department the low scores. They give the patients false beliefs of corner rooms overlooking the water when they may or may not have. They will provide a table cloth and wine glasses set up in the room for that special patient who they want to impress. They don't perform this task for everyone which is not fair. Administration is out of touch in that they have housekeepers dressed up like the staff from the movie The Help which is degrading to these professionals. Nurses & CNA's are short staffed and work very hard at what they do. Administration need to get with the times and get personal with the staff instead of sowing seeds of discord.
