Staff do not care about you or your hours they will work you like a dog. If you work doubles they still make you come in the next day regardless if you get any sleep or not. They won't listen bout residents health or being until its almost too late. Drama filled and two faced. If you really care about your family anywhere is better than there. Staff love to smoke cigarettes and sit outside at almost all times as well. So there is lacking of supervision. Trust me I know I worked there for almost a year straight. Its not worth both working at and placing loved ones at.
