One of the worst facilities Ive sadly ever had to place a family member. Luckily we moved our mother out of there as quickly as possible. Administration is the absolute worst. The lead staff will do their best to avoid you or pass you along to another staff member because they all sit in their offices bsing with each other. The nursing staff is overworked as they must step up and do the work the administrative staff cant or wont do. Our mother stayed unbathed for the month she was there. Her room was left unclean with trash and uneaten food. Stay away from this facility!

My mom was a resident of Bickford of Spotsylvania in the memory care unit. The staff and residents are wonderful. They became my family. I visited my mother everyday and she was always happy.
