Out of town and had to take my 6 year old with strep throat here. They failed to call the prescription in to the pharmacy and were unable to tell if they had or not over the phone. The receptionist put me off and said she would have a nurse call me back. Choose a different urgent care.

I would rather just go to Whitten's and wait than wasting my time at Central Urgent Care very unprofessional rude not finding the cause of the problem and the list could go on

Took my granddaughter there today. Yes there was a wait, which I totally expected. The staff was very professional and nice. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my go to urgent care place

Well Ive now been in the waiting room for over an hour and a HALF after being quoted 45 min-1 hr. Im assuming their either low staffed or their physicians take forever, so if youre reading this, go somewhere else. Im not even next.

No innovation. The CEO is a poor leader who provides no leadership nor direction. There is absolutely no solutions provided to make this location or it's others more efficient and patient focused. Having 20 patients sit in a lobby sick together is inexcusable. Invent. It's why it's Central Virginia. Take a page from Google. Rethink the practice of medicine. What a joke. I can't imagine any innovative company getting away with such inefficiency and no vision. Unbearable to wait in this waiting room. Patients should not be waiting like this. What a joke!
