Physical therapy in Rehab is excellent (good to great). Several skilled nurses on 1st shift are great; others, to be charitable, are 'not great'. Facility is generally poor, bordering on slum. 4 to a bathroom. Poor food. Noisy rooms. Poor Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning. TV out of date. Weekly Bingo is highlight of recreation. Grounds are good. Library and Internet are 20 years out of date. If not for PT & several nurses, and a couple of front office staff, I'd give Iliff a 1-star. Experience from 2018 & 2019.

I visited this location this week as it is close to my home and was in consideration as a recommended location by Sentara Potomac Hospital. Obviously, this location has not been surveyed by those making the recommendation list. The place is old, run down, a bit untidy, and generally slack with poor facilities. If you are considering this location, compare it to Burke Rehab center and you will know what a real rehab facility should look like for patients. I cannot speak to the level of care at Iliff, but first impressions matter and Iliff looks horrid compared to Burke. For Sentara Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge I recommend they actually visit some of the locations they recommend to family members of patients. No way Iliff should be on the list of recommended locations.

Their phone doest work and they dont understand paperwork or may be trying to make loved one paranoid! I would stay away! I will look into this through the appropriate agency ,

I have been visiting this facility for many years and wanted to share that for the first time the building is actually clean and the staff seems to be more friendly than in the last several years. There was always a horrible odor and after complaining to the old company it seems the new company has made many good changes. Keep up the good work!!

I think if nurses are getting paid so they should do their job correctly. If you do not like your job just quit and look for something else. None of you nurses are working there for free so do your job like its supposed to be. Need more experience? go for training!!! You decide to work there to take care of people so do it!!
