Run and run fast if you ever want to rent a place here. Valerie Jones is a horrific property manager and needs to be fired. She picks favorites, harasses those who won't be her snitch, breaks a lot of hud and management rules, never comes to work on time, yells at kids for riding bikes by her office, there is multiple units with mold in the walls, refuses to acknowledge there is a roach issue, even if your apt is clean she blames the roach issue on your 'dirty' apt, she also expects your apartment to be in pristine condition 24/7. DO NOT RENT FROM RIVERWOOD.
