Working this facility is awful. Poor management, nothing is never in order. The residents is what I feel the most sorry for. They could do better, literally.

I truly enjoy working at Commonwealth. It has been a really great opportunity for me. I have gained valuable work experience. Working there has also improved my communication skills. Talking to the residents really makes my day. They're really sweet and kind.
