Elmcroft of Hendersonville TN

Let me start off by saying if I could give this place less than one star I would. Please do not let any of your family/friends stay at this facility if you want them to have a decent quality of life. Firstly, the facility is severely understaffed sometimes leaving only ONE caregiver to take care of 23 different residents. Which obviously leads to some of the residents to go days without proper hygienic care. There are also too many neglectful and downright lazy caregivers that management does not make them take accountability for there actions. These caregivers that leave residents soiled for HOURS should absolutely have consequences. These residents or their families pay over 5000 dollars per month to be treated less than human! They are putting profit over the well being of people who are in need! This facility deserves to either be shut down or management needs to be completely reestablished. If your family member or friend stays here Id highly advise you to find another home for them with people who care.

The staff at Elmcroft are compassionate, professional, and demonstrate integrity in all that they do for their families. My family is so very blessed that we have trusted the care of our mother to the good people of Elmcroft Hendersonville. They have made Mom feel safe, cared for her mental, physical, emotional and relational needs as if she were their mother. The staff have treated her and us with the utmost respect and dignity. We couldnt ask for a better place to call home for our mother than Elmcroft Hendersonville!

Please please please reconsider taking your loved one to this facility. I have seen more here than I could ever possibly share. This place is a total disaster the management is horrible and most of the employees can careless about the residents. This place is the complete reason I am so glad that I was able to stay at home with my mom. I would never even put my dog in this place. All they are worried about is the money and definitely can careless about your loved one. Worse place ever. 0 stars is what they really deserve.

Great community with ten-year team members. Dont look any further for good care for your loved one!
