My mother stayed here for a long time until her Alzheimers progressed and, in my opinion, she became more than their single caregiver could handle. When I was advised they were tying her down and would not participate in an attempt to mediate, I moved her out as the final straw in a host of problems with this place. Since that time, the unprofessional behavior of Wendy Brown (who runs the place with no formal training) and her mother Loraine (who is supposedly the nurse who oversees the place when she is not incapacitated or in the hospital herself) has intensified. Wendy refused to timely provide my moms immediate medications when I took mom out, necessitating a Sunday call and emergency providing of her medications by her doctor at a time when I was trying to help my mom in her new environment. She and her mom held my moms belongings (pictures, clothing and all familiar stuff that would have helped my mom adapt to the change in her circumstances) for days and refused me entry -still to this day - to go through and retrieve what was hers. All in their attempt to get me to pay them extra monies which I do not believe I owe through a long elapsed contract. They finally bagged up what they determined belonged to her and left it on a porch. They now refuse to answer my entreaties to recover what is still missing, including the only picture my mom has of her deceased brother. Please, if you are thinking of moving your loved one here and wish to talk further, leave your name and number on this site and I will contact you. I have plenty of details of this place.

My Aunt stayed here after she was diagnosed with cancer. The staff were so attentive, responsible, and caring. They really love their patients.

As an employee I was wrongfully treated and descriminated against while employed here. This place has no concern for patients or workers. They hire without background checks which has caused cases of investigations. The owner Lorraine does not monitor the patients daily or weekly due to her critical conditions of depression so she allows her unlicensed deaf daughter Wendy Brown to run the business. The patients eat off brand food while each resident pays $5000 a month for stay. This place is a scam! I do not recommend sending your love ones there to work or for care.
