Place is horrible no communication at all my mom has been their since march 14. Nurses dont answer phone calls . They never contact anybody. You have to call all over building for answers . Dont reccomend this place.

Over-booked and under-staffed. Everyone is over-worked and burned out. Residents dont receive the care and attention they need. Wait times for assistance range in the tens of minutes some have taken to calling out for help when their calls go unanswered.

My mom went there after spending time in ccu and almost dying, just like any other reviews on here that place needs to be shut down, its awful and depressing going in there

I used to work there and it used to be one of the best homes. Then I quit and went back several years later and it was awful. They were residents that never got bathed and pads put over pee stains in beds. Back in the day we would have been fired but not now. There is no way I would go back.
