Great Christmas tradition

This has been on my mind for over two months, I said I wouldnt say anything but it has continued to bother me. There was an administrator by the name of Donna Finch and now it makes me wonder why she left? I came to tour the facility unannounced and I was directed to Donna finch, she was willing to help. As I was being introduced to the management of nursing I automatically noticed that the DON was not personable, she seemed to be in a rush and not wanting to be bothered, the Resident Care coordinator across from her door was so friendly and very welcoming she even took the time to talk to me for 30 + minutes. I wouldve loved to have English meadows care for my mother however, I get an uneasy feeling thinking about having such a negative nurse in such a high position, this situation has happened on more than one occasion and it saddens me for the residents and staff already there.
