My elderly family member has been residing at Culpeper Garden Senior living community in Arlington, Va. for several years now. I'm rating the facility 2 stars due to the fact of the many concerns as follows- there is an ongoing issue with ROACHES (residents can request to staff/front desk to have their unit exterminated on a once a week basis, which is o.k. but,it doesn't really make a difference because of a few reasons, the weak chemical the facility is using, they're not addressing every unit in the buildings regularly, and the exterminator asks/tell the residents NOT to treat their units themself with store bought products i.e. roach/ bug sprays or baits) Another issue, which is disgusting, unsanitary, and horrifying to say the least is the mices that are invading the living space/apartments & facility! The mice infestation has gotten worse since Culpeper Garden has finally chosen to do lonnnngggg awaited and needed remodeling and construction of the buildings
