Caring owners, great staff, IMPECCABLE, and I mean impecable facility! One of the first things you notice when visiting an assisted living or long term care residence is the smell, right? This place is absolutely clean and believe me, they keep it that way. Its not just for show. The owners are in every little detail right down to the cleanness of the toilets (and if you have visited other places you know how that gets overlooked). I appreciate the fact that the residents are not put on a diet of soup and sandwiches and that the owners are available 24/7. I believe in keeping my house clean and tidy so I see nothing wrong with them keeping the facility the same way. On the contrary, I appreciate it! My loved one feels more comfortable in a place thats kept like a clean, loving home.Like with everything in life, we find we have different experiences in different places that are forged by many different factors so I would advise you to go visit the place and meet the owners and the staff and decide if its the kind of place for your loved one. I have seen,worked and have family members stay in many different facilities and I can honestly say that Heritage Gardens is the best place around.Your loved one will feel right at home there but dont take my word for it: go check it out, meet with the owners and the staff and then decide!

All that glitters is not gold!!! Heritage gardens looks nice, but that is all they have to offer. My dad was a resident for a year. I feel like the owners care a lot about appearances. I feel like their fancy decorations, and facility is more important than the residents. Heritage Gardens has absolutely NOTHING to do! If your loved one watches TV all day and is low maintenance, this might be the place for you.

I took a tour and met with the owner of this facility, and I am highly impressed. I would feel comfortable with a family member staying here. The standard of cleanliness and class is high. The aura warm, bright and welcoming. It is furnished beautifully in the common areas, and thought has been given to modern details. Staff makes you feel like family. Location is in a quiet neighborhood.
