Hidden Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care

HIdden Valley has been such a blessing for our family. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile all the time. They always greet you by name, and are great to keep us updated with my dad. My dad is in the memory care unit and there are times when we visit he would rather be with the staff then with us. At first I was so hurt, then I realized - - he thinks of them as family and that made me feel so good. He is so happy there and it is such a peace of mind knowing he is being taken care of by such wonderful people. I also love that they post on their facebook page all the time - - living over an hour away, I feel like I know what is going on all the time and I get to see my cute dad. THANK YOU Hidden Valley!!!

To cut to the chase: Hidden Valley Care Center delivered all that we needed and then some. They were above all else professional with a kind and caring staff. In all aspects of care that I witnessed first hand in the last week of her life, I could not have asked for more compassionate care. They went above and beyond my expectations, from memory care to general assisted living to end of Life Hospice management. We had to move my step mother into the care centers memory wing in Nov'19 after a hospitalization for dementia and severe depression issues brought on by Alzheimers disease and exacerbated by the passing of my father a year ago. Needless to say she was not the easiest person to be around at first. Staff was patient, did what they could, monitored her, kept her safe and allowed her to keep her dog even though she was in the lock down area. In January we were able to move her into general assisted living with added supportive services. It also became apparent to staff that it wasn't possible for her to keep the dog. After removing the dog from her daily responsibility she actually started to flourish in the care center, making friends and generally obtaining a decent quality of life for her last month or so (see attached picture). Her end of life care was exceptional. Normally what I would have expected from external Hospice services was carried out with care and respect by staff. Were there issues along the way? of course, but they were dealt with and manage with professionalism. If anyone thinks that managing this part of a loved ones life can be hands off and without issues, you are not being very realistic. In my opinion Hidden Valley was exceptional in all stages of care that we experienced. Kudo's to staff!A picture is worth a million words, approx 1 month prior to her passing. The staff there really care a lot about the residents. They took my mom under their wings to help her through the adjustment process. The care she received in her last days was second to none. The food was always impressive and the facility was beautiful.

Relief, happiness, and a knowing that my grandma will be cared for is what Hidden Valley is for me! We moved Grandma from NC to UT to stay at Hidden Valley. The best decision we could have made! The staff are so helpful and friendly. The response time to when my grandma needs assistance is amazing.... So fast. No more waiting for her call light to be answered. She's so happy there and we're relaxed knowing that she's in hands that are taking great care of her.

We Love Hidden Valley Assited Living center!!We have had our mother there for over a year now and have peace of mind as a family, knowing that she is taken care of. The staff is wonderful and really cares and loves her. We are thankful that we found such a great facility that is close by. She loves her room andher neighbors.
