Whitesboro has been a wonderful change for my mother. She previously was in another Senior Care facility much closer to my home, but after a Hospital stay they denied her return to that facility. It was a blessing in disguise. My mother has been at Whitesboro now for 4 months and she is MUCH happier! She loves the staff, and the staff obviously cares about her. I am in the loop for any care/health issues. Whenever I visit I see and interact with the office staff addressing any questions I may have. The Administrator, Hope Burchfield, has been there EVERY time and always available to talk. She is there for family and clients alike. Until my mother was transferred to Whitesboro Health and Rehab I felt guilty... now my stress has been lessened greatly! Thank you Whitesboro staff!

My mother was transferred here from another nursing home to their secured unit in November 2018. I must say that I was very skeptical about taking her there. She has dementia and needed to be there for her safety. She was very well taken care of. I never had a complaint about the care she got there. The physical therapy department is wonderful. Everyone was very caring and friendly to her and to me every time I was there. The home and her room was always clean. I would recommend Whitesboro Health and Rehab to anyone to take care of your loved ones.

I moved to Whitesboro Health & Rehabilitation from Beacon Hill in Denison TX. To my happy experience I find this a wonderful place. While the place is not new, they are working on updating the facility. But as anyone that has stayed in a nursing home can testify, the staff, and the food are the most important piece of a home. Here they rate an almost perfect score. The staff is caring and answers the concerns of a residents and are cared for quickly. The Rehabilitation staff are knowledgeable and work hard to help their charges. The food is well done and tastes good, with a good variety. I have been in pretty and newer facility, but I would take this place over all others.
