Great place to live, nice and well maintained facilities and the staff is amazing. Gym, laundry, pool and more are provided and its a good place to live whether you are a student or not. The apartments are also much nicer than other places that I have lived at or toured in the same area, and the prices are fair.Bottom line, I would definitely recommend checking Eastgate out if you are looking for an apartment in the Waco area!

Great place!!! Wonderful staff, & even more excellent maintenance team! My issue was fixed almost immediately. Theyre all fantastic, but the younger especially! He was thorough with his work, quick & efficient, personable, & I could just tell he wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. 5 stars on his end, would definitely recommend living here!!

Horrible place to live

Completely unsafe, everything can be heard through the walls. Bathrooms are absolutely trashed and when they do a repair they don't clean up their mess. People constantly throw trash in the parking lot and overflow the dog poop containers. Constant flies in the common grassy areas. On top of that all a car was stolen here and management was extremely rude and did not care about the issues.
