My mother has thrived at this place. The staff is professional. There are lots of activities as well as music. The rooms are cozy and the grounds are beautiful. This is my favorite assisted living facility in Tyler!

From the moment we moved in this place was not what it was sold to be. The big issue was my father was eat up by fire ants that were in his laundry in his bathroom. Over a 12 day period nothing meaningful was done to eliminate the ants. The bait you see in the photos was put out the morning of the 11th of November, when my father showed them 18 more ants he killed the evening of the 10th and morning of the 11th November. Gaps in the AC/heat units that allow anything insect to crawl in to an apartment. It takes days to get anything done after you report it no less than half dozen times. Amazing they charge so much money and give the elderly clients so much of nothing but trouble. Don't waste your time or money on this incompetent place.

Atria was very helpful in giving resources for my loved one. The community is beautiful and a great place for my loved one to live and be a part of the Atria family!
