Del Webb® The Woodlands®

Very fancy and clean surroundings !

We chanced upon the Del Webb community when we got lost trying to get somewhere else. We decided to check it out and we were impressed by the project. The amenity center is top notch and provides a lot of activities that seem to be fun. The model floor plan is excellent. We met several people in the amenity center and they all seemed to be happy with their decision to live there. The sales team is excellent and provided very clear options right from the start. The neighborhood is very well laid out. The builder has planted a lot of trees which will mature to provide a beautiful surrounding. The mortgage team is also excellent. They were very responsive and easy to work with. We have just closed on the property so we cannot provide first hand experience of living in this community. We were disappointed with the quality of upgrades for the amount of money we paid. The homes are well built but the finish of certain items does not match other aspects of the homes. We gave a four star rating for this reason. We could have given a 4.5 rating if that was an option. We would recommend the neighborhood to our family and friends.

We've been living here now for 3 years and couldn't be happier! All residents are very friendly and you can get involved with the community quite easily and you are welcomed. It you prefer not to, that's fine as well. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to the Woodlands although not actually IN the Woodlands (which is fine by me). Easy access to Research Forrest means you don't have to get on FM 1488 if you don't need to, which is a real plus! Many conveniences are closeby on FM 1488 or in the Woodlands.
