This place is flat out nasty the office manager barely speaks english and my elderly friend who lives here has been battling roaches and bedbugs since they moved in because the management allow people to live like slobs and horders here ( my friend keeps their place immaculate can eat off floor if not from roaches comming in from other apts ilthrough the walls ( also the elevator is constantly shutting down which is a danger to the elderly residents there if there where a fire they could not get out )

I'm a retired senior citizen & have been living at the Heritage Square apts for 4 1/2 years now. I've found that they respond to any maintenance requests in a reasonable length of time as well as keep the grounds well maintained at all times. For the price range, I'd say its one of the better complexes for a retired person to live in. I've never had any problems with my apt or my vehicle & appreciate the security that is afforded here. Management has always been very courteous & helpful. I've enjoyed living here.
