Elmcroft is amazing. The facility is clean and inviting, the activities are designed to keep both the residents and family members engaged and their loving, hard working and professional staff make this place a winner in my book. My mother was at Elmcroft until she recently passed away and I cant say enough good things about the entire staff at Elmcroft. Everyone from senior management, the medical staff, med techs, activity coordinators, front desk receptionists and cleaning crew have a heart of gold and work together as a team to keep Elmcroft up and running around the clock. I am so thankful that my mom spent the remainder of her life at Elmcroft. And I know she is too!

The facility is really great but getting into and out of that place is probably the biggest hassle anyone could face. Elmcroft contacted me about my grandmother needing further care than they provide. Understandable. But they rushed the process so much that it has put a significant strain on both the family and my grandmother - that could possibly result in my grandmother being put onto the streets simply due to paperwork.I would heavily advise against putting your loved one's in the care of these people. While their day-to-day staff is outstanding, their administration staff is careless and thoughtless.I'm disheartened to have put a family member in their care.
