My mother was at Colonial oaks for almost 3 years before she had to be moved to a nursing home. She absolutely loved Colonial Oaks. She was happy and well cared for, and I never worried about her level of care. The staff members really love all of the residents, and they go above and beyond to insure that the residents are happy and safe.

My mother has been at Colonial Oaks First Colony for 4-1/2 years. The accommodations, care, love, activities and food are way above average; I never worry! She recently broke her arm and after surgery was temporarily sent to a skilled nursing / rehab facility where the care was unacceptable. The Colonial Oaks director assured us they could take care of all her needs (including therapy) there. We immediately moved mom back to her 'home' there and she bounced back quickly. They truly know and care for the residents and there is very little turn over; wonderful staff!
