I have worked at Barton House for 17 years, and truly, that was not my intention when I first walked through the door. However, I was won over by this concept of caring for people with memory issues in a personal home-like setting. When you get a group of compassionate people, dedicated to giving the highest level of care, its unique. It is a fantastic environment to work in, as well as to live in! Youve actually got to see it to believe it. I suppose the difference between Barton House and other places is this not just a job to us, its who we are and what we do.
