Great place and very clean. Friendly staff who seem to always alert with the residents. Very grateful they were proactive day 1 upon putting in place COVID-19 precautions and guidelines. I wish it was a little larger with more activity rooms to encourage the residents to socialize.

My 93-year-old mother, recently moved to Atria Cypresswood from another state. Although she has been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimers, she is very independent, enjoys the many activities on and off premise and the weekly outings that she gets to experience at Atria Cypresswood. After visiting several memory care facilities both in the other state and in Texas, my spouse and I as her care providers visited Atria Cypresswood. Immediately upon arrival to this facility and after meeting with the Atria Team Members, both my spouse and I felt like we were at home. We felt a calmness at this facility and knew it was the right place for my mother. That decision was based primarily on the demeanor, directness and professionalism of the Executive Director. We felt like this was our family and knew that it was the right place for my mother. It is truly a blessing to have good people willing to work with the family and that have a desire to really treat their residents and family members with respect and dignity. My mother has a very busy schedule and we are fortunate that the Atria Cypresswood Team really strive to improve the lives of their residents. They have their best interests in mind and I sincerely agree that this is a great place for a loved one. And the food is great!

Horrible place and people. Facading to be well established when you hear slang throughout the hallway.

Head nurse Joy was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my Mother during an assessment. Told her if she is incontinent then she would be offending all the other residents with her smell. I told the salesperson on the phone she had this issue, she should never have invited us to tour the property. I felt awful for my Mother. She was humiliated.
