The Carlyle at Stonebridge Park

We were very uneasy about placing my mother after her hospital stay. The Carlyle far exceeded expectations. The nurses were great and therapy was top notch. If my mother ever needs rehab again we will use The Carlyle again.

I am a former employee of the Carlyle. I was terminated from my position because I stood up for myself and my patients and would question their and my poor treatment. This quickly led to trying to find a reason to let me go. The care is less than acceptable on a daily basis, there are serious customer service concerns On a daily basis and a general lack of wanting to do the right thing. I was exposed to daily degradation and being intimidated and bullied and because I stood up for myself they found a Reason to release me. And thats ok. Im strong and well educated and will be ok but I am concerned for the patients there. Do your research and homework before placing a loved one here. Some of the staff is caring, others are not. Management is far less than desirable and thats unfortunate.*** and they compensate current employees to right good reviews. The better the review the better the reward they will get

It's unfortunate that there are such awful negative reviews on this place. It is very hard for me to see any truth to these negative reviews from the care and love my husband received. I saw it first hand because I was by his side 24/7. My husband was with The Carlyle for about 2 and a half weeks. I stayed with him throughout his entire stay there, I think I only left twice. The service was absolutely fantastic, everyone smiled at us and asked how our day was going when they saw us. In my opinion I think Therapy wasn't strenuous enough but I am sure I am wrong because he progressed much faster than expected and is doing great now at home. I am very thankful for the care that they provided for my husband and if either one of us have to go to a facility again we will be going back to The Carlyle.

Excellent skilled nursing facility. I have worked in this business for years and as a outside contractor coming in I compare the quality of care, the cleanliness and the happiness of the residents every where I serve. Jennifer and her team are doing a Five Star job across the board. I will recommend the Carlyle at Stonebridge to all of my clients needing skilled care in a top notch facility!

This place is amazing, the staff are awesome and very caring! Excellent team work, and very clean environment. I would definitely recommend placing my loved ones here!
