This place is a dive. VA sent my husband there after surgery for rehab. What rehab, stuck him a bed and left him there. They won't answer his call light. Can't get his pain meds. Staff Doctor told him to walk it off. Please don't let your loved ones be sent here

This place is a dump. Lazy employees who turn on each other like Roman Gladiators at the drop of a hat. Corporate is no better when it comes to employee relations or care for patients. Drive around back and see all the extra rusty beds which they dust off and put your loved one on while charging an arm and a leg. This place is constantly being investigated by DAD's and can't keep Department Heads longer than six weeks due to the culture of married employees who work here and watch each others back to protect their livelihood rather than care for patients. The Regional Manager for this place knows whats going on and is a slouch. They've had two in 6 months, High turnover. Dead end joint. You've been warned.

Hacienda Oaks has a four star rating on the Quality Measurements. According to the CMS Hacienda Oaks is rated #1 nursing home in Seguin (Second Quarterly 2018). Full book was completed June 2018 with only 2 nursing deficiencies. Highly recommend

My husband stayed at Hacienda Oaks while I use my respite care approved by the VA last April and again in August prior to passing away with hospice attending. Both times he was well cared for by the staff. Besides being very nice, the staff is very caring and always working. Maria at the front desk is particularly helpful. Hacienda is an older nursing home but the care given the patient is great throughout. Thank you.
