To be considered as a nursing home it is ran down. The only one that was wearing a identification badge was the podiatrist guy. You cannot tell the difference from a patient or actual workers. The place smells like a nursing home . No need for that . Needs a MAJOR upgrade .

The facility may be small and old, and at first glance may not look like much. But it's the staff that make this facility a 5 star in my opinion. From the kitchen staff, nurses, CNA's, therapists, housekeeping, they take pride in making it a comfortable clean facility for the residents. My Dad, Mr Charles M was in the memory care unit for almost a year, and picking him up today to move him to a facility closer to me, the nurses and CNA's were so sad to see him leave. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover, because Colonial Care is a gem in my opinion. Grateful Daughter

I just tried using the other way, I had it done and would not let me post it. It was long & extensive.Any way, I have volunteered there for over 20 years. They have a wonderful activity director, I help out with bingo, I give a sunday service with 2 others, about 30 or more show up. They have tv's in both upper and lower wings, for the mentally challenge d. A dedicated staff, all nice people in the offices too, hard working people.
