I want to compliment the great teamwork between Holli & Stacye. I had a placement that I began working Late Friday afternoon!Both ladies went above and beyond my expectations, basically giving up their FRIDAY night! Together, they were able to process the referral and get the client admitted before noon the following day!I would have given them a TEN STAR rating, but five was the limit! Again, I cant thank the team at New Haven enough....I look forward to working together in the future!

I started working for this community I have told them from the start I can't work weekends due to me having children they knew that then put me on the schedule to work a double at first they tell u it's fine then make u work if not they will fire u that's how they did me that is so wrong I miss working here but the administrators did me wrong

If you're looking for a perfect place for memory care , there is not one. They make an honest great effort to help. I've not witnessed any disrespect from the workers towards the residents. They seem genuinely interested and caring as they would for their own parents. I'm solely in contact with the memory caregivers who are Cree, Anita, Sylvia and Anabelthey are 'very professional, hardworking, kind, patient and highly skilled .' Thank you! The facility is clean, their rooms , family and living room.Lunch menu is very appealing and delicious, cooked by a Chef. Dinners are very light mostly soup salad and sandwich. The activities director is amazing plus full of energy and always keeps them busy with music, arts & crafts even field trips. Thank you!
