This People think that They can keep charge the tenants $140 for stove burners. We left the apartment super clean and I did not get the $300 dollars deposit back. The Apartment walls was not seal properly and had a lot bugs inside.

These apartments are under a great management team. They are professional and are great with their tenants. Its a clean environment and maintenance keeps up with any calls that come in. Everything is done in a timely manner to keep their tenants happy. They greet you with a big smile and are very friendly. This is the place to go if your looking for an apartment in San Benito.

So my wife and I were looking for a good affordable apartment to start our new family and by some miracle she can across a listing for luxury apartments. When were astounded with the costumer service and apartments. Pasty was very accommodating and Alex Fayette was very understanding and easy to work with. We have lived in the beautiful apartment for 3 weeks now with our son with no issues and great neighbors. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for something good but affordable.
