My father was a resident here for over a year. The VA placed him in this facility. He paid $2500 a month for his room and care, a room that had no ac or heat. My father has had to stay on the floor in the main house for days, because they didnt have the heat/ac working in his room. His room was located in the back of the location, where the residents linger and smoke cigarettes. My father left this facility, under the care of Joseph Rios. Joseph Rios is one of the family members that owns this facility. Joseph Rios took advantage of my father and his income. He allowed my fathers belongings to be rifled through and taken. My father lost his military issued aviators, tools, photos, and important documents. You can see residents and the few people that work at this facility buying drugs right in front of this facility. Police are called to this place many times.Christy and Dena are terrible workers and are not concerned about the well being of the residents. My father was not taken to his appointments or picked up at times. He had to pay for his transportation to places at times which should have been covered in the $2500. This is not a nursing center, this is a scum hole to place sick people, to get taken advantage of and to waste away. This facility is trash and never offers any actual medical treatment, exercise, etc. The Rios family will take advantage of the residents. Please do not place anyone here. This place should shut down.

I went to check this place out, and I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. It stinks so bad. I got there, walked in, waited for a while before seeing anyone. There was no staff on the floor. No one was keeping an eye on the residents. There is a lot more, but I'm not really wanting to write a book. I just wouldn't reccomend this place from the little I've seen.
