Since me and my family have moved to Dalian, there has been very few discrepancies living here. Those discrepancies happen to be a couple of quick fixes that maintenance easily took care of in a quick manner. Danielle helped us move in very smoothly and made our process that much better. Shes attentive and very helpful for us. I do recommend staying here of course. The lack of a 5 star rating is due to the hard to find parking but besides that its great!

This place is amazing!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their first place or looking to move from where they are currently at. The staff and maintenance crew are courteous and prompt with everything. I wish I would have found this place sooner!!!!

Great living experience so far. The staff is always courteous and cater to the resident. The amenities included are great and any issues are usually handled that same day. Its nice, quiet and very family friendly.

We lived her for 21 months , we definitely loved our 2 bedroom i can only say good things about the dalian Monterrey village , my two year old calls it home and he misses his home , we moved because of work but definitely wished we could've stayed , maintenance is awsome and front office always on point , loved the gym when it was open we're sad to go but thank you Dalian Monterrey

This is a great place to live. Maintenance is SUPER responsive, they go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Everyone you encounter on this property is positive and responsive. The management handles issues quickly and they are flexible when need be. Id give them 10 stars if I could.
