Ran into Patty yesterday, one of the med-aids at Sagecrest, hadn't seen her in yrs so I THOUGHT I was glad to see her. That is until I realized the only thing on her mind was badmouthing a sweet lady from my church for leaving her job at Sagecrest 'so abruptly'.In the first place, since you were not her supervisor, you shouldn't have firsthand info on the details of her departure from Sagecrest, surely the supervisors don't discuss current and past employees' circumstances with staff. In the 2nd place, if you feel the need to badmouth somebody, badmouth the lady in the mirror, for running off a sweet coworker with excellent work ethics that only wanted to clock in and do her job. All because she wasn't interested in participating in non-workrelated activities. Ridiculous and shame on you.
