This is the best of the best in my opinion, my mom just came to live here they genuinely care about their residents, excellent staff, very clean, they really make a difference in their residents lives, highly recommend them.

I just got to edit my review . I just got told that I wouldn't get a shower unless I could get it by myself I wonder how the SS guys who come and ask us if we've had any problems with staff here would feel about it if they knew that I was going to have to take a shower unassisted if I am going to get one at all .

My mother has been at this facility for years and I have never had any issues. I live over 4 hours away and my mother suffers from mental health issues and I have been concerned about her care. However, I have never witnessed any issues and I often come on different days at different times. I have encountered some staff member who are not as willing to assist but for the most part have not had any issues.
