My mother was sick for a number of months and had been to several Rehab/Nursing facilities in the area over the last year. This, by far, was the WORST place we could have put her. When we were finally successful at getting her moved from this awful place and sent back to the hospital they sent her there with FLEAS and LICE! My mom never left her room so they had to have brought these bugs to her in her room. They never bathed her, or even checked on her. Family checked in several times a day and had to beg staff to do their job. Would hate to see anyone I know having to go here for anything.
