A very nice gated community w ~ 5 acre lots. An agricultural exemption is available on 4 / 5 acres due to the Black Buck Antelope herd (Not Pronghorn) in the feed community. So you have the antelope out during the day and White Tail Deer @ dusk and nighttime. Great people and a good and understanding Neighborhood Association members. ACOUPLA lots are still available thru local real estate brokers.
