Used to be pretty nice but seems to be going downhill. Multiple maintenance issues as well as roaches in apartments.

Mr. Dockall, while we at McCawley Oaks respect your opinion, I would like to personally assure you that any maintenance issues and infestations that are reported to the front office are handled promptly. It is when issues are not reported due to lack of communication from the tenants, that maintenance issues and infestations can occur. Also, infestations can happen when there is a lack of cleanliness on the tenants end as well. A clean apartment will result in these types of things not happening. But as far as any other issue is concerned, if it is reported or even remotely heard of, a contractor or our workers are on the grounds to handle the issue.
