I find it quite suspicious that all of the 5 star reviews happened at the same time. And theyre all blatantly false. This is definitely not a 5 star facility. This place is absolutely deplorable. It is dirty, the floors are made of CONCRETE (not a great idea for a place full of seniors that are prone to falling, no?) the patient care is horrendous. The majority of the staff are incredibly rude and their ability to care for the residents is a joke. They show no respect to the people they are in charge of caring for. Nurses have no idea what is going on with residents and cant provide family members with any information regarding their loved ones care. This place needs to be reported. Disgusting. Would give it zero stars if I could. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

My mother-in -law was at Creekside Village Healthcare for several years, the care was top notch. Any concerns about her health , were addressed promptly and explained thoroughly. The caring staff and administrator have always been wonderful.

When my grandfather was in Creekside Village Healthcare the staff there was great. They make everyone feel like family. The employees there really care.
